“I’m Tyler. I’m a server here at Piedmont Bistro. I’ve been here about two years. I’d say the clientele and the atmosphere make Piedmont really special. I like to see everyone happy and enjoying good food. And I like that it is a smaller restaurant too, because then you can have more of an intimate relationship with your table. I’ve noticed that here, especially the back of house, they really care a lot. I’ve worked at a lot of restaurants where, not even just the back of house, but just coworkers in general don’t really care, they don’t want to be there, they just want to make money. Here the kitchen works really hard and they go above and beyond. They try really hard to make everything perfect and the same every time. My fellow front of house people care about the guests and really care about making it special for them.”
