Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a clean prep area in the kitchen
  • Practice safety procedures and health code propaganda at all times
  • Be able to cook and assemble menu items provided by the Executive Chef
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and supplies are used properly
  • Maintain consistency throughout all dishes with high quality, taste and presentation
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and FOH team
  • Be innovative when presented with a change in requested orders or unexpected plans
